Wednesday July 01, 2020A new accreditation scheme introduced UK-wide means anyone wanting to travel with a coach company can be assured that the transport company will have met government guidelines to safeguard passengers when they board a coach.
'Good to Go' is designed to help assist the coach indurstry get back on its feet. Transport companies participating will adhere to the guidance that has been provided to ensure customer safety. In return for meeting the requirements set down, coach companies can display the green and black' Good to Go' logo. Operators will have to include social distancing on board vehicles, meet strict cleanliness requirements and will be subject to random spot checks for compliance.
Many operators have already signed up including several Benchmark members including AAA Coaches in Scotland, Anthony's Travel in Runcorn and J & K Coaches in Northern Ireland.
Why not help the coach industry get back on its feet by at least making enquiries about coach travel with those operators that are signed up to Good to Go!
