MET Travel joined BUSK Benchmark because of it’s passion to educate schools in the safe transportation of children. We aim to help schools meet their legal obligations in this respect and help them select reputable operators that regard passenger safety as a priority by maintaining the fleet to a legal and safe standard.

Profits are re-invested into business to maintain safety standards
Minibus Executive Travel was established by Peter Evans in 1996. Since that time it has become better known as MET becoming the largest Midi-Coach company in Hertfordshire with 25 vehicles ranging from 16, 23, 29, 33, 25, 40, 51 and 53 seat coaches. It is our policy to generally keep our vehicles for up to four years before upgrading them. As well as standard vehicles we can provide coaches with toilets, tables, DVDs and air-conditioning.
MET has won the national award for The Best Midi-coach Operator with our Mercedes 29 seating capacity Beluga. Our aim is quality at a competitive price. We refuse to compromise the safety of our passengers by cutting corners. Like any other industry you have to pay for quality and in the coach industry it is not just quality that you pay for – more importantly you pay for safety. What parent would want us to operate any differently? Driver appearance is very important, therefore all drivers are required to wear Company uniforms and are equipped with mobile phones and satellite navigation systems. This in an important time for MET because the Company has been short listed for two awards - The Entrepreneur for Peter Evans, and The Growing Business Award for North London and Watford. Finally, Met believes that sport is very important and the Company sponsor many private schools and sporting activities at different times. We currently sponsor a top ranked England junior table tennis player.
