Arena Travel joined BUSK Benchmark because the company wanted to show customers its commitment to safety. Arena takes safety and compliance very seriously, and is proud that it does not just meet legal standards - it meets the BUSK standard, which is higher.
The company serves West London including Surrey and Buckinghamshire. Its customer base is diverse, from transporting school children on the school run to driving groups abroad or on day trips locally. Our highly trained drivers are D & B checked every year for their suitability to drive any passenger but in particular, children including those with additional learning requirements. Drivers regularly undergo CPC Driver Training to ensure they can be the very best and are uniformed and professional in every respect.

Fleet: Fleet of 11 vehicles with a seating capacity of between 23 and 70.
Drivers: Arena Travel employ up to 30 full time drivers, trained in first aid and CPC modules designed to improve the safety of all passengers. Drivers are D & B checked every 12 months by Carecheck. Drivers only drive abroad that have experience to do so. The company has a policy to ensure all drivers on long haul trips are provided with single room accommodation to ensure undisturbed sleep to avoid driver fatigue.

Maintenance: Maintenance checks are carried out in-house every six weeks with roller brake tests every three months.
