Enterprise Travel joined BUSK Benchmark, the UK's first and only star rating for the coach industry based on legal and safety compliance, because it valued the accreditation and wanted to demonstrate to its customers, how important their safety is when travelling with them.

Fleet: Fleet has 16 coaches with a seating capacity of between 16 and 70 seats. Seats are fitted with both lap and diagonal and lap only belts.
Drivers: Enterprise Travel employ 12 full and 3 part time drivers who are all DBS checked with follow up checks every 3 years. Drivers undergo continuous CPC training and currently have completed training in Tachographs and Health & Safety Drivers undertaking work abroad are accompanied by an experienced co-driver. All full time drivers are are first aid qualified.
Maintenance: Maintenance is carried out in-house with a roller brake test of the fleet every 3 months, a safety inspection every 5 week with an intermediary inspection taking place every 2 to 3 weeks.

Enterprise Travel understands the importance of ensuring quality of service to its customers and employs a rigorous schedule of maintenance, taking care to ensure the fleet is meticulously safety checked, above the required legal standards of the Driver Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). The standard required to achieve our six star Benchmark rating is much higher and as a member we are subject to random spot checks as well as our three yearly safety and compliance audit.
Our professionally uniformed drivers also operate to a high standard. High levels of ongoing training, such as first use check refresher courses, creates a control system that results in the quality levels of the vehicles both inside and outside, to be permanently upheld.
Enterprise Travel employs an electronic sales system, which sends quotes, booking confirmations and payment receipts to a specified email address.
