Drivers Sleafordian Coaches employ 1 full and 21 part time drivers.
Training Drivers are trained in CPC, Drivers’ Hours Regulations, Customer Care and on-going modules. On a periodic basis, drivers receive basic first aid and fire safety procedures training and training to support vulnerable passengers. Specific drivers have expertise in driving abroad.
Maintenance Carried out in-house in purpose built workshop by skilled maintenance team overseen by Chief Engineer, Phill Kerr. Vehicles safety inspected every 6 weeks.
Members of BUSK Benchmark, Confederation of Passenger Transport. Our MD is a committee member of the following, Confederation Of Passenger Transport East Midlands, Sleaford Regeneration Group, Sleaford Chamber Of Commerce.
Profits are re-invested into business to maintain safety standards.
Sleafordian Coaches is well aware that many of our clients are those organising trips for school children of all ages. We endeavour to provide the highest standards of safety and offer a wide range of services to help make organising such trips as stress free as possible!
For the safety of all our passengers especially the younger generation our drivers are D& B checked for suitability to work with children. They are highly trained with NVQ and CPC training. We offer competitive pricing especially for between school bookings (0900 - 1530) and also for full day journeys. We are also able to organise ferry / Eurotunnel transport, tickets for shows, theme parks etc. and are happy to organise accommodation if required.
