Fleet: Fleet of coaches with a seating capacity from 35 to 55.
Drivers: EYMS and its coaching arm employ 450 full and part time drivers.
Training: Drivers are trained in on-going driver CPC modules including First Aid, Customer Care and Disability Awareness, Defensive, Safe and fuel efficient driving, Working Time Regulations/Drivers’ Hours, Tachographs, Health & Safety, Manual Handling, Reversing, DDA/Wheelchair Lifts, Legal Awareness, Incident Reporting/Documentation, Basic Safety Checks/Mechanical Principles, Understanding Dementia.
Maintenance: In house maintenance carried out in purpose built workshop facilities managed by Chief Engineer Robert Gibson. Vehicles safety inspected and undergo roller brake testing regularly.
